Our Team

Our Instructor Cadre is made up of a diverse team of military veterans, experienced firearms instructors, competitive shooters, tactical fitness coaches, and civilian training leaders. Our backgrounds include Infantry Marines, Special Forces, multi-tour combat veterans, NRA-certified instructors, EMTs, and athletes with real-world experience across firearms, medical, fitness, and performance-based training. We are committed to delivering high-quality instruction to students of all backgrounds, skill levels, and goals. Whether you are new to firearms, building confidence, preparing for competition, or seeking advanced training. Our mission is to provide practical, experience-driven instruction that helps our community develop the skills, mindset, and confidence needed when it matters most.

 MEET OUR TEAM

Eric Carr - President

Eric is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran who proudly served eight years as an Infantry Assaultman across CAAT, MAP, PSD, and helicopter operations attachments, completing five deployments including Iraq and Afghanistan. He brings extensive experience in demolitions, breaching, heavy weapons systems, emergency medicine, and firearms instruction. Eric is a certified EMT, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, and NRA Basic Pistol Instructor, teaching TECC, Stop the Bleed, CWP, pistol, rifle, and shotgun courses. As President, he supports Sawmill’s daily facility operations.

Bruno Fallon - Chief Marketing Officer & Director of Special Events

Bruno has 40+ years combined active duty and government civilian service in the US military special operations community. His service in the Army included Rangers, Special Forces, 160th SOAR Nightstalkers, and a tour with the Navy’s Tier1 Special Mission Unit.  Post active duty he remained with the Navy SMU and was the Urban Training Director for a decade where he established a very close bond with law enforcement throughout the country. Bruno has a passion for human performance, shooting, and in addition to THE HOTWASH podcast speaks as a mindset and team building coach and mentor. 

Jackie Yedesko - Director of Sales

Jackie is a certified as an NRA Pistol Instructor and brings a strong coaching and instructing background as a CrossFit Level 1 coach with specialty credentials in CrossFit Gymnastics and USA Weightlifting Level 1 for over 10 years. Jackie has earned multiple invite-only qualifications at Fittest of SC and Fittest of the Coast, competed at the 2025 Tactical Games Nationals, earned podium finish at Patriot Games Nationals and co-owns Full Auto Fitness, where she oversees membership and sales strategies. Jackie helps drive Sawmill’s tactical fitness programming including the Comp Ready program and the Sawmill Showdown 2-Gun event.

Jeremy Yedesko - Director of Training

Jeremy brings over 15 years of coaching and training experience through certifications including Certified Tactical Conditioning Specialist, CrossFit Level 2 Coach, and NRA Pistol Instructor . Jeremy is a 2024/2025 Tactical Games Nationals competitor, Patriot Games Nationals podium finisher, co-owner of Full Auto Fitness with his wife Jackie, author of Muzzles & Muscles (a comprehensive guide to physical readiness for the tactical athlete), as well as creator of the Sawmill Showdown. Jeremy oversees the Sawmill Academy, Skill Builder, and Tactical Fitness classes at The Sawmill Training Complex.

Dutch Moyer - Lead Instructor

“Dutch” Chris Moyer brings 31 years of United States Army service, including 26 years within Special Operations Command and experience with the 19th Special Forces Group, 1/75th Ranger Battalion, and 14 years as a USASOC Operator. He has planned and conducted missions across Unconventional Warfare, Special Reconnaissance, Foreign Internal Defense, and Direct Action, with extensive combat experience in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is highly experienced in pistol, rifle, machine gun, anti-armor, foreign weapons, and crew-served weapons systems. As founder of DCM Consulting, Dutch develops tailored training and leadership programs designed to prepare service members, first responders, and dedicated professionals for complex operational environments.

John “Murph” Murphy -Long Range Precision Rifle Adjunct Instructor

Murph is the Sawmill’s Long Range & Percision Rifle expert. He instructs both long range classes, as well as private lessons on precision marksmanship, optics, ballistics and specialized long range weapon equipment.

Chad Fisher - Archery Adjunct Instructor

Chad, owner of Red Beard Archery & Outdoors, is an Archery Trade Association (ATA) certified bow technician for compound and crossbows, USA Archery level 2 instructor, presently a staff shooter for Martin/Obsession Bows, Archery Shooters Association (ASA) state winner 2009, S3DA instructor and coach with a South Carolina S3DA youth team ages 8- 20 years. Chad has been honing his skills for 20+ plus years and has a true passion for teaching the next generation about archery.
