Position Overview

The Pro Shop Retail Associate supports the daily operations of our amazing pro shop by assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining a professional retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about customer service.

Key Duties

·         Greet and assist customers in a professional and approachable manner

·         Operate POS system and handle transactions with accuracy

·         Provide product information and recommendations as appropriate

·         Maintain pro shop cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards

·         Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

·         Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

·         Support promotion of services, memberships, and training opportunities

Requirements

·         High school diploma or equivalent preferred

·         Retail, hospitality, or service industry experience a plus

·         Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

·         Strong attention to detail and accountability

·         Availability for weekends

·         Positive attitude and strong work ethic

·         Team player with a proactive approach

Preferred Attributes

·         Interest in firearms, safety training, or outdoor/tactical retail

·         Experience with Square POS Kiosk ideal, but not required
