Jun 6 Basic Rifle
Friday Jun 6th 10:00- 2:00pm Introduction / familiarization of the AR style rifle including breakdown, maintenance, ammunition, ballistics, operations, and accuracy. This period of instruction begins in the classroom where students learn the ins and outs of an AR style rifle and concludes with live fire practical application of lessons learned. There are no requirements or previous experience required, this is for those who are brand new to the game. We have ammunition for sale and AR-15s to rent. Our ranges are all outdoors so dress appropriately, however, roughly 80% of this course will be held in the classroom. The goal for this class is to get individuals knowledgeable and comfortable with how the weapon works in relation to you as well as get you prepared for more advanced follow on training.
