Class Time: 9am - 1pm
The Basic Pistol Course begins with the breakdown handguns, types, how they work, how to maintain them, how to use them safely, and how to shoot effectively. You will be guided in the development of various skills, apply them to live fire static shooting and progress to dynamic movement drills. The intent of this course is for those who would like to take the next step and become more familiar with safety aspects, operation, confidence, and competence in handgun usage. This class introduces you to defensive shooting which is a building block for future advanced training.
